Too big
I bought size L in cassis. I liked the alpaca material, but it was too big overall. I reordered a smaller size, and a day later my reorder was cancelled. That did not make me happy. I will not bother to buy again.

Not very happy!
I purchased this coat for a much anticipated trip to Paris. I tried it on and loved the fit but it was too warm where I live to wear it. I felt it would be cosy for the chilly Paris weather, however when I landed in Paris and got off the plane my clothes were covered in Alpaca fibers! I brought mostly dark clothes and have to use a lint roller after I wear the coat. Not happy.

Coat dod not look as good as on the picture
I usually wear medium or large sizes. After reading the interviews I decided to buy small size. It did not look good on me. The fabric was not what I expected. It looked much better on picture. I returned the coat. Do not recomend!

Fabulous coat!
Beautiful coat! Fits well. Beautiful color. Sleeves are a little long but I’m a petite so not unexpected. Most sleeves are long on me. My second alpaca coat. I loved the first one so much that I had to buy second one.

Purchase this coat in the beautiful Cassis color and absolutely LOVE every inch of this coat. I am 6’0 and purchases the XL and it’s perfect. I absolutely love the snaps for ease of open and closure. The texture of the coat is beautiful and the weight is perfect for cold weather. It is a heavy coat but I purchased this for winter weather. Thank you EF for your Alpaca fabric. This is not my first coat in the Alpaca fabric and will not be my last. Love it!

What a fantastic buy! Coat is beautiful, the fit allows for a sweater should I be wearing one. I'd say this coat would keep me warm in -20c It really is gorgeous. I bought the Ocean stand collar, Alpaca coat last year, also gorgeous, but this one seems thicker...

So disappointing that your clothes are hugely oversized. This is a beautiful coat, with beautiful fabric, but the XXS (the smallest size available) was at least 3 sizes too large, maybe more. Why not revise your size chart to reflect the actual sizes you cut for? And why cheap snaps instead of real buttons and buttonholes?

Warm enough for Upper Midwest winters!
Love love love this coat! It’s warm, soft, and I haven’t had problems with shedding. Love the purple color. I don’t know why it’s described as a lightweight coat because it is plenty warm even for the Upper Midwest. So happy with this purchase!

I tried to love it
Bought it twice returned it twice. Medium way too big. Small a better fit but sleeves too long. Nice coat although material could have been softer. I probably would have tried again in XS but they were out.

Warm and beautiful!
This coat has the highest percentage of alpaca of the EF coats on offer this winter and with the bouclé texture it is literally warm and fuzzy in the best way. I got this coat in the cassis and it has a lovely maroon/ deep purple cast.( I also saw the ash in person and it is a darker gray than it appears online.) I bought my usual XS and it fit true to size with room for a sweater and it doesn't look bulky.
I haven't had any problems with shedding at all and I've worn it out a few times. It also has snaps, but unlike the longer EF alpaca stand collar coat I own, it doesn't come unsnapped when I twist my upper body or bend over. I'm really enjoying this coat!

Beautiful Design but sheds
I bought this coat a few weeks ago. It fits beautifully and I've been complimented each time I've worn it. Unfortunately, it sheds. When I take off the coat, my clothes look like I've been around a shedding dog. My clothes are covered in long hairs. I do wear mostly black so it might be better with lighter colors. I'm not sure what to do about this problem.
