I love this material!
I bought this after buying the trousers of same material. The cotton is so light weight, perfect for hot, humid weather. So figured the dress would be even more comfortable. I love it! Can't be beat on a hot humid day, and the style is great for me. I iron it, and the pockets stay nicely flat. The size , PS, is my usual EF size and fits well. I've washed it a couple times already, no discernable shrinking.

Great fabric classic style, size down
Very pleased with the style and fabric. Should have gone down 2 sizes but is fine with a belt. Can wear closed as a dress or open over a t as a jacket.

Perfect in Hawaii!
I purchased this dress several months( size PXS) for a recent Hawaiian two-island visit. Honolulu was last stop and hot and humid! The ease and weight of this cotton denim was perfect! I almost gave it only four stars due to the on-seam pockets not laying flat. The pockets could have been stitched down as in the rest of my EF dresses I own. I decided to remove them restitch seam and viola, perfect flow of fabric and rating deserving another star. I also decreased the hem length by one half the original length as I’m only 4’11”

A Workhorse
This dress is everything I wanted. Wonderful shape for a shorter, heavier set person like myself yet looks stylish. Good weight material, not flimsy but not overly heavy either. Can be worn all seasons, pairing with a cardigan in the Winter. Such a great dress!

A perfect "I don't know what to wear" dress
I purchased this very recently and while it is a little big it's the perfect option for disgustingly hot and humid days where you don't want anything to touch you. I might have been able to go down a size, but it wasn't available to try and with a cotton twill there is a reasonable chance the fabric could pull in a tiny bit with laundering. With buttons running down the front that might make the difference between wearable and maybe not. The pockets are on the seam, but those seams run down from the top of the shoulder front and back. They can open a bit with movement but it's not a deal breaker. The fabric is so soft and light that I know I will be reaching for this dress with great frequency. At 5'4" it grazes the knee. It's just perfect!

So soft!
When I took this out of the package my first impression was that it was sooooo soft! However, when I tried it on, the on seam pockets don’t stay closed. I may keep it, and try having the pockets sewn closed. Overall it’s a really cute dress, and I will probably end up keeping it because it is so comfortable.
