Not the quality I was expecting
I like the color and the style of these pins. The quality leaves something to be desired, however. If they did not come in an Eileen Fisher package I would have doubted they came from my favorite brand! One of the pins was not completely sprayed with color so the pointed end (which luckily is hidden) was an unfinished metal color.

Did not work!
Purchased these pins for my new EF wool collection that I purchased recently. It did not/could not pierce my thin wool coat for a closure option since there were no buttons. I was going to use it to secure my scarves. Because it did not pierce my wool coat, I did not want to attempt to pierce any of my scarves, wool or silk. Not sure what you would do with these pins. I thought these would be a great addition, sadly they’re going back.

Poor quality, will not hold up to wear
These are not quality and will not last. They are very flimsy and poorly made. The design itself is nice and classic, so it is a shame that they are so cheaply put together.
