Disappointed in my once trusted brand
The fabric is the usual beautiful EF Pima cotton but the fit and cut of this dress is way off. I have several EF jersey tank dresses and this is distinctly different. It’s a much larger and longer Medium with a large body & X-Large arm holes. I fear EF is no longer offering the consistency in quality AND cut. I may be returning this one, depending on cost of altering it.

Nice quality, poor fit
Despite using their measure chart, this was not a great fit for me. Probably looks better on taller, thinner women. It gaped around the arm holes.

All-round all-purpose all-seasons dress.
This dress needs a well-fitting bra (as I discovered when I tried on the dress in my worn-out schlumpy bra): The cut and fabric really feature one's figure (Tastefully though.) The armholes are cut perfectly (not often the case with other brands). The colour jumps out beautifully in daytime, and becomes subtle in the evening.

Perfect skimmer dress for layering or summer!
I love this dress. It has a slight A line so not at all tight in waist or hips. I am proportioned but definitely "fluffy", older, and big busted at 49 inches. I got a 2x. It fits. It's not tight anywhere except a tad snug in bust but I expected that. Does not expose bra straps. Loose and comfy, and cool. Will take a cardigan etc for cold weather. Can wear alone or with a snug tee underneath when warmer. Packs nicely. Hits right at bottom kneecap. Slight shaping but is flattering to full figure - it's the way Eileen Fisher is cut and whatever they are doing, it works! I just can't deal with fussy clothes or items that pull or bind, anymore. I wore structured suits and pantyhose and heels too many years and I'm done with that. This dress gives me the casual elegance I want, but none of the pinching and pulling, and it will go with nearly anything.
