Good spring sweater
I love the color and fit of this sweater. It is light weight (good for spring in Michigan).
I bought it to wear with special pants and am pleased with the result.

Easy flattering top
Beautiful workmanship, fabric, and cut. Easy and flattering fit. Unfortunately, the pink color didn't suit me at all, so I had to return it.

For me, just about perfect.
The slightly heavy feel of the sweater is great on these No. Calif. chilly January days - noticeably heavier, for ex., than the linen equivalent I love from EF a couple years ago. I'd guess also that the 45% tencel somehow gives the 55% cotton a faintly synthetic but also warmer feel. In a chilly season, that's welcome. (EF alert: summer, spring, fall - please resume 100% cotton and linen.)
I have the XXS, am short and slender. The fit is a bit fuller/looser than I'd expected - pretty much as on the model in the ad. Yet the drape is so lovely and flattering that I'm very happy with the look. I'm debating about getting another just like it and so have this sweater forever.
As for the ratings I'm leaving blank, my guess is the "fit" is looser than many of EF's, material quality excellent for my purposes this season. I recommend enthusiastically with those caveats.

What is going on with the quality of materials?
As always, I am grateful for free shipping and returns, but even on sale with my birthday month discount, these sweaters are not worth keeping. The issue for me with these sweaters ( I ordered two) is not the fit or style, but the quality of the material used, which I found to be cheap looking, poorly constructed and not up to what I would expect from EF. Sadly, I have had the same complaint with most of what I've ordered over the past couple of years. I have been wearing EF for literally decades and while the the quality of my "vintage" garments still hold up, those purchased in the past few years do not.

Too long
Over the last year, you offered shorter versions of your sweaters, especially the Peruvian cotton and also the Peruvian cotton blend sweaters. Most of the shorter options were 22” or 23”. I must have purchased at least 10 sweaters. The new sweaters are beautiful, but too long, and because most have a straight edge, which I love, they lose the look when shortened, which I tried, so am not buying any more. Please bring back the shorter option sweaters, especially in crew and v- necks.
