An elevated casual look.
This vest is more dressy than the usual “puffer” vest we wear in the PNW. It elevates that outdoor casual vibe. I usually wear a small to extra small and ordered this in an extra small after reading other reviews. It was perfect.

Love vest, but it runs really large. Wanted to exchange for a smaller size but it was sold out when I looked to return. I will just wear it too large!

Sizing off!
I ordered this vest in the cream/white and in medium....it's quite ample almost to the point where I think I need to exchange for a small. I'm definitely on the fence about this. I was able to purchase on sale. It is well made, and the ability to delicate machine wash is wonderful. Most likely I will keep this one. It's unique, comfortable and Spring/Summer friendly. Sizing is so unpredictable these days and EF is no exception!

Chic but very oversized
I purchased this vest in graphite in size XXS (5'5"/90#) and its very wide in the chest with a lot of visible space under the arms. However, it's beautifully designed and a very versatile color so I will probably keep it and make do. For me, it will be more of an outerwear piece or layered over a heavy sweater, as the uncentered side seams don't make it a good candidate for an alteration. While I was waiting for this one to arrive, I considered getting the white also while on sale. However, there will be less opportunity to wear white linen with layers in the cooler months so I'm happy with just the graphite. I would recommend sizing down if you have the option.

Firstly let me say this runs huge, so size down. Eileen Fishers vanity sizing really went too far with this vest so I had to return and downsize. I am 5'10 and 165 lbs, size S fits perfectly. The vest is a good length and incredibly soft and comfortable, pretty sure I will be living in it until it falls apart. I ordered this item in white and its a beautiful soft white. The quilting is classy and makes me feel fancy! Love the pockets. Hoping this is released in black.
