Nice layering piece to upgrade any outfit
It’s a beautiful nicely tailored piece. As most of the reviews for the linen collection has mentioned, it does run small at the bust. So size up.. it’s not your typical EF oversized boxy fit.

Teeny-weeny -- Size Up!
Wish I'd seen the review about this running s-m-a-l-l before I ordered. I am a petite (5'4"), busty (40DD) plump apple, wear XL in EF tops. But not in this one! It was tight everywhere: bust, underarms, hips; the patch pockets were also peculiarly placed, very high. I've since reordered in both the 1X and 2X, so ... fingers crossed because I love the fabric and idea of it.

I love this open or closed
I read that some women were ordering a size larger because of the bust being a bit small. I did that and was able to wash and dry it without it shrinking so much that it wouldn't fit me. The fit is perfect and I plan to wear it over dresses, tops, etc as a vest, or wear it open as a sleeveless "coat". It's the kind of Eileen Fisher piece I love.

Fabulously Versatile
My usual EF size small was too snug at the bust (39") and underarm. I should have paid attention to the one reviewer and ordered the medium so that I could wash without worry. The top is of excellent quality and design, and I love pockets! Will be returning the small and ordering the medium right away since it is on sale. I know I will wear this piece for months to come. Thanks for making returns so easy and using eco-friendly, streamlined packaging.

Size difference
Loved it...had to return in exchange for a size M....the S was just a bit tight in the bust...unlike the S in the boxy V-neck Tee. Can't wait for the M to arrive!
