- 5-pocket styling, fly front with button and zipper closure.
- 10 1/2-inch rise; 30-inch inseam; 6 1/2-inch leg opening (size extra small). 101/2-inch rise; 28-inch inseam; 6-inch leg opening (size petite small).

Great addition. The color is gray with a blue undertone. More so than I expected but I like it even better than just plain charcoal. Ordered a pp first and it was tighter than I like. Reordered a ps and it’s a bit loose but washes and dries beautifully and hangs better on my frame.

Happy Jeans for the 'mature' woman!
When I first put these jeans on, they seemed stiff and unwilling to fit my body. But after a little while, they seem to mold around my hips and waist and then become totally comfortable. It must be the material. I love these jeans!

Disappointing
I have never returned any items from EF before, but these pants were not what I hoped for. The cut through the thighs were very loose and the waist was oddly tight. The color was not a pictured and was much darker then shown. Very disappointed overall . I sent them back

Dressier jeans in midnight blue
I have previously only ordered pants in Size 10. This is the first time I have taken a chance and tried a Medium pair. I was always concerned about the fit, but was very pleased. They fit perfectly and are long enough. The midnight blue color makes them less casual than traditional denim. They can be worn on more occasions.

Size not for me
The fabric is smooth, comfortable and stretches slightly. These could be great jean, but
not for my straight figure. Hips too big, length too short. Really wanted them to work but
after trying two sizes, neither size worked. I had to return them.

Disappointed
I have been a Eileen Fisher customer for over 20 yrs, usually the fit is very good and the fabric is excellent. the pants Ocd slim jean fall very short, the fabric is much heavier and stiffer than usual
And it it collects dust other fabrics and I’m constantly brushing off the collection, i have already rehemmed them to my height and have worn once. I have another pair of EF black pants that fit well
Are excellent fabric and are wearing out unfortunately. I’m truly disappointed and will not order any
EF products. I will check out your stores maybe.

Great color zero structure.
Beautiful color and very soft. Understanding it is meant to be boxy, it doesn’t hold shape at all along the bottom hem the button placket or at the wrists. More of a wrap than a sweater at this point.

Unfortunately . . .
Great color. As others have noted, however, these jeans are lightweight, too tight in the waist, and too big in the legs. I've been wearing EF size PS for decades. The brand's longstanding high standards for high quality material/workmanship and reliable fit seem to have changed not just with this item but with others I've ordered as well. I'm seeing less style and too many expensive sacks. What's happening?

Poor fit
I wanted to love these jeans. I have quite a few pairs of Eileen’s jeans and pants. However, these had a very poor fit. They fit well in the waist. However, as others have noted, these do not fit well through the thighs to the knees. Just a poor cut. Had to return them.

Great substitute for jeans!
I bought these pants to replace EF jeggings that had worn through. Typically, I buy pants with a lot of stretch, but decided to try these instead of jeans. I love them! the color, fit and fabric are exactly what I was looking for and they are great for traveling.

Great wardrobe builder!
Great pair of straight black jeans. Overdye gives great colir saturation. I will wear with Grove jacket and black tshirt for an urban Spring look. Really appreciate that EF makes quality wardrobe basics in plus sizes. Not available in an ankle length so I’ll have to have them shortened. Took off a star for that.

Adore the color but huge, baggy legs
I adore the dark night color, but these looked awful on me - tight in the waist with huge, baggy legs. The fabric is a thin cotton, does not feel or look like denim. I wish they fit me better because I love the color!

Pair of jeans for an older bidy
I will be 35 in 5 days from now, and after 5 children some “aging”, my body has entered a new phase… still healthy and fit in a size 2 but I am not as comfortable in “younger looking” denim as I used to be. These are the perfect denim to jumpstart a new wardrobe…. Good fit: the same waist but allows room for muscular legs of a runner, yet still looks slim. The black looks sophisticated but still trendy and youthful. These will be perfect with the cotton scoop necks that I have loved the last couple season and some basic black boots. Good purchase. I will wait until the other color goes on sale perhaps and then snag it too

Nice pants- but...
Nice material, but the sizing is off. The medium fits well in the waist and hips - but the thighs are too baggy, which is the case with most slim style demin jeans at eileen Fisher.

Great jeans!
These jeans fit so well that I'm ordering another pair. I purchased Black in two sizes, PP and PS. The PS was a perfect fit, but I worried these jeans would stretch a lot, as many do. I took them on vacation and was amazed at how they keep their shape after many days of wear. Glad I chose the PS. I've shrunk to 5' tall, weigh about 115.
It was tempting to purchase the PP because they looked really cute on. But the PS is comfortable and flattering, perfect for this 71-year-old clothes horse.

Small waist. Baggy legs.
So many EF pants seem to have the same problem with sizing: disproportion between the waist size and the cut of the legs. To keep the legs from looking sloppy and baggy I have to settle for a too-snug waist. That applies to these pants. Many of the reviews for EF pants mention this problem. Why hasn’t something been done about it?!

They fit a small frame very well!
I love these pants! I am 5'2'', 100 pounds, and most clothes at Eileen Fisher are too large on me, but these pants did fit like gloves, and they are extremely comfortable. So if you are on the small side and find it hard to find pants that fit you, give these a try.

Great pant
I purchased this at Bridgeport a few weeks ago & wore them while on vacation. Length perfect for me at 5' 3 1/4", waist a bit large works great with a belt. I purchased the PL in Dark Night. Material for me is fine, for winter I will look for wool.

Thin material, tight waist - returning
Material is very thin - doesn't really feel like a denim. Not a good pant for fall/winter. The waist is small - for those of us who do not have small waists and are used to some elastic in the waistband - these pants don't work. Will be returning

If only they fit
Four stars for fabric and construction. One star taken away for fit. I ordered PL which fit in the waist but the hips and thighs were too roomy, making me feel wide and dowdy. These are called slim jeans!
