I was desperate to try something in the beautiful EF cranberry color this year and jumped at this sweater when it went on sale. It arrived with a tiny snag which I would have found a way to fix, but the cut was not flattering to my backside (which has not shown any inclination to reduce itself during the past two years), so I had to send it back. I can imagine it would look lovely on a thinner person.

Too baggy
I’m just not happy in general with the boxy look that pervades all the EF styles now. If I am going to pay $300+ for a sweater I want a timeless design.
This style is just not attractive on a short petite person and I don’t know why I keep ordering them and expecting somethingndifferent.

Warm, soft, and comfortable!
I love this particular weave of merino wool, and have purchased this style in charcoal, deep Aegean, and cranberry. They are warm, soft, and comfortable! I have found them to be a little roomy at the bottom, and really like that! Excessive pilling has not been an issue with me; however, the pilling brush carried on the EF website works wonders for any minor pilling. Am considering purchasing the new papaya color, too.

Nice sweater but pills.
I love the feel and how it looks but after one day of wearing it already shows sign of wear with lots of pilling. It looks as if I have had this and worn it for many months.
