Great everyday pant
I love these so much! They're not skin tight but don't bag either. Be aware they are very high waisted. I'm "short waisted" and they come up pretty high but are still very comfortable.

Bad Fit
These are very high waisted the waist band hits me about 3” below my bra I have to fold the waist band over and they stretch out, not very comfortable! I reordered size small to see if that made a difference it didn’t I will return the small the didn’t fit any different then the size medium.
These were a real disappointment, I also ordered a pair of the high waisted jeans they were terrible I returned them. Apparently Eileen Fisher doesn’t do high waisted very well you need to re-think your line of high waisted pants and leggings. I noticed looking at the model on EF website that the crotch on her leggings was baggy that tells me these are cut right and a poor fit. I have 3 pairs of the medium I will keep them but wouldn’t wear them out of the house.

High high waisted
I purchased these in a medium and whats with strange fit the waist comes up to under my bra, the waist is tight and the legs are large, I reordered a small and another medium thinking these were just defective, so we will see. I have worn EF for years I also purchased a pair of EF high waist jeans and returned them to the store there again weird fit. Eileen Fisher needs to go back to the drawing board because she really doesn’t do high waisted very good what a disappointment. I will return if they are like the two pair I purchased.

These Leggings Are Perfect!!!!
These leggings are a masterpiece of good fabric, good waistband, good design and
23" cropped length - really high quality product, simple design made with perfection!

My new legging
My tried and true legging is the System Viscose Jersey Ankle Legging but they only come in black. Although the lightweight organic cotton jersey legging cannot be compared 100% to the System legging, I love it. The System legging is dressier and more versatile but this organic cotton legging is so comfortable. It's a great, every day lounging or walking legging. The material is fabulous. I wish it came in some darker colors as well like a navy or an indigo. I will be purchasing these in many colors.
