Beautiful Staple!
I bought this jacket in the gray color and wear it without the belt and my wide leg EF pants and I love the way it makes me feel comfortable and put together. I washed it on a cold delicate cycle front loading with no agitator machine and low heat delicate cycle and it only shrunk a tiny bit after the first wash. But honestly, this is such a loose-flowing garment it is not a big deal. I'm 5'4 and I think the jacket is a perfect length.

Make it work!
This is not for a hourglass figure with the belt. So I removed the loops and ditched the belt. Perfect! Great layering piece. The fabric is luscious and the smoke color was wonderful to go with so many other Eileen Fisher outfits I have. I also folded up the sleeves at the cuff and pushed them up to the elbow. Runway!

EXCELLENT SERVICE, BEAUTIFUL GARMENT
First rate followup after package was delayed TWO WEEKS. UPS at fault. Also, be warned that the UPS drivers will use their initials and sign off on receipt of the packages when in fact the actual package has NOT been delivered to the customer. In my case, the signature for delivery was at 11:03 AM on Thursday, August 25. In fact, the actual package arrived around 5:30 PM that day.

I could tell from the photo this would be lovely….I already have a black Ponte jacket from years ago and it still works. This is a bit longer, but fits nicely and works with or without the belt. I ordered Smoke and it is perfect fit for my Eileen wardrobe. Fab fabric and love the kimono style. I see years of wear ahead.

So versatile! This can be worn open or belted...as a blazer, topper, dress, coat, tunic. The fabric blend is so soft but also feels strong. Even sizing down it’s a bit roomy but with proper styling that can be addressed. I recommend sizing down. Love the hazel color...it’s wonderfully complex yet goes with everything.

A very happy sister
