Stolen package, no refund
I purchased two items and I provided proof that my package was stolen and after 3 weeks I haven't received a refund. Instead they said UPS is investigating and then the update was that UPS closed the investigation. No explanation of what result came from the investigation and no refund. I am trying to reach out to customer service again but very frustrated at the process. They should avoid shipping their items in a bag that says EILEEN FISHER in large bold letters.
