Cozy material for cold weather/great colors.
I have only recently started buying EF cozy brushed terry. I like them because they are as comfortable and warm as high quality sweatsuit material, but in great colors, and slightly elevated in style. I started with just a couple of tops, and (taking advantage of sales) now have more like five or six tops and a couple of pairs of pants. So while I think everyone will like this fabric, I caution that you may like it too much. I got the hooded top in a beautiful deep plum color, and really like it a ton.

Throw it on with jeans and off you go
Can't get much better - perfect fit, great color, soft fabric. Year round wearability for the California Coast which frequently has foggy mornings and cool evenings.

Nice For Everyday Wear
I loved this longer top and matching leggings because it isn’t so boxy like so many Eileen Fisher tops are usually too boxy. This is not.
And I am only 4’10”!
I also wish there were nicer colors available so I could have bought more than just the black and green with matching leggings.

Light weight stylish lounge wear
Very pleased with the purchase of this top. Purchased both in ivy and ocean with matching leggings. This is a lighter weight top which is perfect for Southern California winters. I am 5’7” and went with the small and it fits just right. Wish it came in the midnight color.

Another favorite EF item for my wardrobe
As we reside in a mostly in a cooler climate, I ordered four of these in a variety of colors. I layer it with a longer tank or t-shirt as I am short and the boxy look isn't flattering for my body type; however layering with something a bit longer adds warmth and the extra length I need so the look is more flattering, for me.

I just bought this top and pants in Ivy when I was in the Chestnut Hill store and now will be ordering in black and other colors. I love it as it is casual, modern and very cozy without being too heavy. Mix up with leggings as well. I like the compatible pants despite some of the reviews as it makes a really elegant, sporty at home or stay over at someone’s house look. Great for the holidays in Ivy. I am usually a small and the store only had a medium top and I actually like it one size up. The pants I purchased in a small.

garment great , not so much the care instructions
I loved this top but when I saw it was hand wash and dry flat or dry clean I regretted the purchase. For a sweatshirt to be worn often and easily this really should be machine wash and dry . This is sportswear not a garment you wear infrequently. I see more and more EF clothing requiring dry clean only and this is a disappointment .

Short, wide, unflattering seams
It's difficult to see the horizontal banding on this top in the photos. It hits right across the abdomen and is super unflattering. That, plus the short, wide style and the very short sleeves, led me to return this immediately. Two stars for the fabric, which was thin, but soft.
