Purchased a second one
I just purchased a second Terry Hooded Long Top because the first one was so perfect --- I didn't want to be without it when I washed and dried it as I wear it every morning on my walk. Because I am 5'11 I need to have something long enough to cover the backside and this does it beautifully. I am only sorry I can't get it in several more colors. Please don't discontinue this for next fall.

Cozy BUT High Maintenance
This hoodie and the matching leggings feel deliciously like pajamas, and, as cozy as they are, they are more than presentable enough to wear out of the house. NONETHELESS, it is worth noting that they call for hand washing and laying flat to dry. Had I noticed, before wearing them, these washing instructions and the low little cotton content, I would not have purchased either piece, The sweatshirt runs quite large. I am 5'3", 118 lbs, and the XXS swims on me -- except for the arm length and shoulders, which are fine.

Well, not exactly as shown
I am a painter so colour is very important to me, and my monitors are celebrated to reflect true colour. However this colour is more mud than cinnamon. And it is not thigh length it is knee length. It is huge. I have always found Eileen Fisher L or be comfortably sized but this is not a conventional large.this was my one 76 th birthday prezzies to myself. So disappointing.if it were not so tricky to return I would.

Better For Tall Women
It's okay, but not for me. I'm not crazy about the fabric and its VERY long. Not flattering on me at all. I think the length is excellent for tall women. Had to return this one.

Comfortable and stylish
I put on the hoodie the day it arrived and I am now living in it. I've even slept in it! The fabric is lighter-weight and cozy soft, but it provides just enough warmth for indoor wear and outside errands on nice spring days.This is perfect for that. And, it has some style!

One of the best pieces!
Absolutely love this tunic! Super comfortable and looks polished. The fit is perfect, not at all sloppy. I have washed it numerous times and laid flat to dry and it looks great.

I wish I had heeded the previous reviewer's cautions about this item. The top came and I was initially very happy with it. The fit and comfort were spot on. The Eileen Fisher items in my closet are my favorites and I have never bought an item that has not given me years of wear. Not so with this too. I followed the directions for washing and after wearing it only twice the fabric is shedding little balls of fluff. I honestly would not wear this in public. I will wear it to work in the garden or lounge in the house, but it looks like something I picked up at a discount store and is not at all what I expected from something with the Eileen Fisher label!

Oversized comfort
I haven't taken this top off since I bought it. It is sooo comfortable and stylish. I went down a size based on the reviews and although still oversized, it doesn't feel like I'm wearing a tent. I love it.

I'm regularly a size 10, so I ordered the small, based on the reviews. Still too large, and so back it goes. The cinnamon is a lovely colour, and would have paired well with the cassis leggings I ordered as well (which I'm keeping).

Cut too wide!
I’ve been wearing and loving Eileen Fisher for 30 years. I still have some of the pieces I first bought. All these years the Medium has fit me well even as my body has changed and my weight has increased. Lately many items have been cut too wide as is the case with this top.

Sizing
What is going on with sizing? I ordered the Cozy Brushed Terry Jewel Neck Top and the Cozy Brushed Terry Hooded Long Top -- both in size XL, both in black, both in the same fabric -- and the former was too small in length (body and sleeves), with a very slim fit, and the latter was absolutely HUGE. You could fit two of me inside this hooded top. I'm giving up ordering for the rest of this season, and hope 2022 brings a return to standardized sizing. Either that, or please provide measurements of items on the website. It's pretty much impossible to order without one or the other.

Cozy And So Comfortable
The description on this fabric says it is like wearing a hug - I have to agree! It is soft, warm and so comfy. Can be dressed up or just worn to lounge in. Only wish it came in more colors (like Fir or Graphite).
