Huge and shapeless
I love the cashmere silk bliss fabric and wanted a turtleneck. But the XS was huge on me! And truly, I am not an extra small (in most designers' sizes, I am an 8-10). This sweater simply hung on me and the sleeves were baggy and below my finger tips (note how the model has the sleeves pushed up in the picture). EF, your loyal customers have been telling you for years to stop making the clothes so huge and shapeless....but yet, every year, most of the items the company comes out with are huge and shapeless. Why?? Do you need new designers?? I've been shopping EF for 25 years (when I first started buying EF, I typically bought size Medium and occasionally large--I still weigh the same 25 years later). I am really tired of this "supersizing" of clothes. You want to make sustainable clothes; well, the clothes cannot be sustainable if people don't buy them. Please listen to your customers and make nice fitting clothes again.

Luxurious must have
Purchased a size XXS (5'5", 110lbs) as the sweater is typical EF oversized and boxy. Hand washed according to label and it came out better fitting and still super fluffy. Sweet plum color is elegant and saturated, turtleneck is very comfortable. This is my new favorite Bliss sweater of them all!

So luxurious and soft
I love this sweater so much I bought it in several colors. It’s generously sized, but that’s the look. It is so soft, luxurious and cozy and I get compliments every time I wear one. It is expensive, but EF lasts and lasts. I have had no issues hand washing the sweaters, rolling them in a towel to remove excess moisture, and laying them flat to dry out

Cleaning Cashmere
Merino is beautiful and soft after a cold water wash and a clothing rack drying.
Cashmere comes out beautiful and soft when I use Dryel or a steam dryer cycle. I know that some may object to chemicals in Dryel, but I find that it works great.

Gorgeous, Thick, and Exceptionally Warm
Listen ... An Eileen Fisher XXS, XS are Petite sizes. It doesn't matter how much you weigh as long you're not obese. You can be heavy and wear the smaller sizes. I was blown away when I tried this sweater on in the store. I was an XXS, and online I had been ordering Mediums.

Hard to care for
I fell madly in love with this sweater. Bought a second one very quickly, as well as the expensive detergent you recommended for this type of wool. The detergent created “swirls”, making it look shaggy. One of the sweaters shrunk considerably, although they were washed together. I just don’t dare anymore to spend this much money anymore for something that appears to loosing its initial appeal so quickly. (I’m used to caring for cashmere, never encountered a similar issue).

Beautiful but not for me…again
Such a beautiful sweater and the peacock color is gorgeous. Sadly, it doesn’t come in Petite. So disappointing. It seems you are gradually eliminating petite sizes in everything except pants (which appear in abundance) and black cardigans.

Lush but huge
I ordered this in small as I have another EF cashmere sweater from this season that’s perfect in size small. It came today and it’s huge. Sleeves are very long and the sweater is baggy. I ordered the Plum color and it’s beautiful. Also used the $50 off code that is no longer offered so will have to drive 40 minutes to exchange at the store. Frustrating because I wanted to wear this for an occasion this week.

Easy and comfortable
This is my third cashmere bliss turtleneck box top, and I hope EF makes this a seasonal staple in new colors every year. It is my winter go-to sweater, so easy to wear and always looks good. The cashmere so far hasn't pilled much and seems to be of good quality. It runs large so I recommend ordering a size or two down depending on how you want it to fit. I am 5'3 and 200lb and wear a M in this if that tells you anything. I took off a star because it is ridiculously overpriced, but definitely watch for sales.
