I wore this cachemere top for Mardi Gra parade under the costume. It was fairly cold in Maryland. I felt like it was a coat not the top. Very light and incredibly warm. Outstanding. I do not like the lenght thought. It is a bit short by design and looks bulky. It should be longer.

I love the Cashmere Silk Bliss Sweaters this is my fourth and the softness and warmth are great. The softness is such that I can wear the sweater next to my sensitive skin with out a problem. This sweater feels like a big hug!

Wonderful sweater!
So soft and kind of spongy feeling. Not the most flattering look but it’s so warm and easy to wear. I wear this sweater at home most days to stay warm during the Pacific Northwest winter. I’ve bought 2 of this exact sweater for comfort and warmth. Usually wear it with a short or long sleeve t shirt underneath.

Still weirdly cut too wide, but oh that cashmere!
Like other reviewers, I returned the Small because it was absurdly big on me, though I have Ms and PMs from E.F. that fit fine. But the color and lush feel of this sweater — and a steeply reduced sale price — persuaded me to try again with an XS. The cut is still weirdly wide, leaving space for cold air to defeat the purpose of a warm cashmere sweater. But I find I can tuck it in to my jeans, or wear over a tucked-in T-shirt. The feel of the material really is blissful. So I’m keeping this one.

The best quality
This is the softest, warmest and most comfortable sweater
I have bought in a very long time. My skin is very sensitive and I can seldom wear wool of any kind. This top has caused me no problems and I am thrilled with it. I have the Azalea in a small. The color is flattering to my gray hair and the fit is good. I am 5'6" and slender for reference.

Beautiful sweater, poor fit.
This is a beautiful cashmere sweater, but it did not fit me well. I am 5'3" and 110 pounds, and I bought a PS. The sweater was too big for me, yet too short in the back. And I thought from the photos that the sweater was violet, but it was blue. I will try again next winter. I have several beautiful EF sweaters, and worth another try,

Incredible Sweater
I bought the Venus color, on sale. Thank you to all about the sizing information. I debated before ordering. This item is at the high end of oversized. I usually order an XL in the oversized items and orders a large and it is perfect. I hope they put more colors on sale and I will grab one more

I am guessing petites are going away because the average customer in the US is getting heavier. I haven't shopped at EF in years because I just don't fit their physical demographic anymore. Even the XS's are huge on me.

Nice color and beautifully warm
Size down with this sweater because it is huge! I picked the serpentine and was pleasantly surprised about this moss color. The feel is soft, thick and warm. The price is steep and good to buy on sale.

exquisite sweater (that runs very large)
Incredibly soft and luxe, and the pink is gorgeous. There are nice subtle details to the sizing: the just-slightly-longer length in the back (much nicer than those tiresome hems that dip way down in back), small slits in the side, and unusually set-in sleeves. It's one of those recent EF pieces that runs especially large. For years I was consistently a M in EF but the S is plenty big (and I'm not small--5'8", 160 lbs). I do feel sorry for the petite women complaining about not being able to get a fit! A big splurge, even with the popup sale, but I love it.

Great winter sweater!
Super light in weight - but very warm. Am usually a medium or large in sweaters depending on fit - but returned the medium for a small, as this sweater runs boxy. The length in a small is short, which works for me, as I’m 5’1”. Rated value as good because bought on sale.

Once you have put on this sweater, you will NOT want to take it off. Since the fit is indicated as "boxy" I sized down to a small and its blissfully perfect. The serpentine color was a very pleasing surprise; it appeared dark brown in the recyclable packaging but in sunlight it glows golden. Thank you (!) to all the good people at Eileen Fisher.

Where are the Petites?
I am so disappointed these gorgeous sweaters do not come in Petite sizes. Contrary to what I was advised by an online associate, the XXS is significantly larger than the PP. wanted to try as I fell in love with the colors (what a nice change from black and grey) but sadly, the XXS sweater looks like a tent on my petite frame. Please, Eileen, return to selling petite sizes. Im not sure why this has changed but I, for one, feel that I am involuntarily forced out of the EILEEN FISHER market .

I agree with all the comments about petite sizes. Most petite xxs sweaters are so full on me that they look like skating skirts. Please go back to making clothes that look normal on petites. Thank you.

Try this on or size down
I’m so glad I tried this on in the store or I would have purchased the wrong size. I found that it runs quite large perhaps because it is so boxy, and a very wide boxy! I was attracted to wonderful fabric and the serpentine color, which looks great with my blond hair, blue eyes and medium rosy complexion, but my normal size M (or PL) looked awful on. A very helpful saleswoman convinced me to try the S and the fit was perfect! I highly recommend trying this on or if you need to order online, definitely size down.

Disappointment From a Loyal Petite Customer 20+ yr
Why has EF abandoned your petite customers in providing our sizing? It was always so fun to shop your lovely fabrics every season, and to be able to coordinate colors. Now we are offered pants with no tops of any significance. Sweaters were always a highlight. I have shopped with you for over 20+ years, and you were a leader in the fashion industry of providing petite clothing in lovely colors and fabrics. It has been so sad to see your growing departure from petites.
