Straps
Love the dress and get many compliments , however the buttons are worthless and pulled out of the linen the first time I sat down. I had a seamstress reattach buttons and sew the straps in place to wear

Needs Pockets
Love the design and fabric but needs pockets and 3 strap buttons instead of two I’m 4’11” so the petite small fits me perfectly. It’s so comfortable and pretty in warm weather.

Summer dress
The dress was cut a bit large. I bought MP which is usually my size. Otherwise I liked it. You can wear it casual, but also dress up with high heels and jewelry. I would say order size down from what you are used to.

Terrific sundress
Love this dress. So happy it went on sale. I originally had it in black and bought it in white ( a bit see through) and the beautiful blue/green color on sale. Can easily be dressed up or down.

Full Bust/ Not for me
I am large busted and this looked like a maternity dress on me. Needs to fall closer to the body for a flattering fit. Cute design and lovely fabric, but be aware if you are fuller busted

A dress to celebrate a warm day!
This is a perfect little dress for sunny days. I chose the berry color and it reminds me of raspberries. Beautiful little flounces are not overwhelming. My usual size is XS but I had to exchange for XXS and it fits beautifully. It will go to Florida with me for the winter.

Good not great
I kept this dress but it can be improved! I will have bra strap holders put in which should be part of the dress. Additionally, it could be more lightweight and much more form-fitting. Fortunately, the dress does come in a little at the bottom which helps it from ballooning out. It looks ok from the front - but billows on the side-view.

This one went back
I was surprised to have to send this one back. I should have listened to the reviews on this one. It was the straps. They are too bulky to work under a thin summer cardigan; that said, under a thicker topper, say, a jean jacket, you do end up with a fabulous outfit. Without a jacket, the design exposes a regular bra in not a very tasteful way. At this age, I have no interest in fidgeting with odd shaped bras for fashion. Nor do I want to keep a dress that has limited styling options. From the waist down, it is a beautiful dress in the best linen fabric. I have the marigold tank dress from last year, which gets complemented all the time, and was looking to add to my collection. I scored a different design this year.

Great Fit
great fit! The small is a perfect fit in the shoulders/chest area. I am a 36a bra size so I always have to take dresses and tops in at the chest. With this dress I just adjusted the strap buttons and I was good to go! Got this dress in the cranberry color and white when they went on sale.

Almost a perfect summer dress.
Berry is a very fun color! The dress runs large. Ordered an xxs when usually I am xs. Still, the top is a bit large. Pockets would be so great!

IMHO this beautiful dress would look better on a tall person. With age, I have shrunk down to 5’ 1 1/2”. Just too much material to look right on me, but really a lovely item.

When I saw the gorgeous berry color (my fave) and the fabric (which is a soft but sturdy linen perfect for 3 seasons), I took a chance on the style. I'm in my mid-60s so was worried that the tiered silhouette would look "too young," as another reviewer suggests, but to my delight, it is FABULOUS! The dress is cool, breezy and flattering when worn as is, but it also takes beautifully to a black or white boyfriend cardi, a linen or cashmere wrap, or even a denim shirt worn over the top. Best of all, you can wear this dress anywhere – with strappy sandals and some jewelry to a wedding, with flip-flops for walks around the garden, even barefoot over a bathing suit. Some reviewers have complained about having to hide bra straps. For me, the linen has enough heft to go without. I'll be wearing this dress for years and years. It is my go-to on hot days, and adding a sweater or a wrap means it transitions easily into cooler weather. The quality is first-rate EF, the color is irresistible, and it's an incredibly versatile piece. Size-wise, I'm 5'4", 118 lbs, slim silhouette, and the X-SM is perfect. (I initially ordered the SM, but it was too big under the arms.) Thank you Eileen!! You just made my summer so easy (and comfortable and stylish).

Very disappointing purchase
I thought I would get past this dress not having pockets (which should be standard by now) because the color is so pretty but the strap/button closure on the back is very poorly constructed and impossible to keep tucked in and out of sight. It is an issue everytime I wear this dress and have even had strangers tell me the ends of my straps were twisted and poking out. Very cheap construction of a poorly design dress at a fairly high price point.

Great dress, but no pockets.
I love this dress because you can wear it as is, or you can tie the waist with a ribbon or a leather wrap belt. However, I'm disappointed that it doesn't have pockets. It would have been so easy to add some. Otherwise, it's a great, simple summer dress.

Beautiful dress!
I love this dress, mainly because the color is delicious (berry) though now it comes in a stunning teal too which is awesome. It's a color that's flattering on anyone. My two complaints are the straps show bras show and there are no pockets, I need and love pockets on my dresses! As for the straps I may keep and put in bra keepers to hold my bra straps from showing.

The fabric is beautiful, as everyone agrees. However, the design of this dress is so juvenile. It would be adorable on a toddler who likes to spin around in a park, but that's about it. Further, even if you embrace the childlike look, the bra strap-unfriendly design does not work.

Sizing off but lovely color and design...
I always wear a small, only shop Eileen Fisher. This dress looked perfect until I put it on. You could have put two of me in it and it went down to my ankles. I hope it was just a mistake. I have many EF dresses and love them. I had to return it sadly.

Bra-Strap Unfriendly
So disappointed. Last year, EF sold a version of this dress in bright yellow; it had a rounded neckline and thick straps. It fit exquisitely, but I didn't buy it because marigold isn't my color. When I saw this gorgeous berry dress, I thought, finally! The tiered shape of this piece fits exactly as last year's version did--just adorable, such a cute silhouette--but the straps are too thin and too finicky to hide my bra straps consistently. Why, EF? With your customer base, why would you design a dress that requires the wearer to go strapless or even, gasp, braless? I'm just crushed. This dress comes so close to perfection.

Beautiful fabric
Beautiful fabric and color however I think this dress runs a bit larger than last years version with the more rounded neckline. I ordered a medium which would be my normal EF size and it was too big so unfortunately it will be returned.
