Candidates who are contacted for an interview can expect a collaborative approach to the hiring process. After the initial interview, conducted by Human Resources, select candidates will be asked to return for meetings with the hiring leader, the departmental team, and other members of the EF community with whom they would partner in their work. These interviews, which may take place over a period of time, provide both the company and the candidate with an opportunity to ensure a true match of skills and culture.
