Certified Dyeing

CERTIFIED DYEING Dyed without hazardous chemicals–for color without compromise.

Standard 100

Though we choose responsible suppliers, the chemistry in modern textiles can pose health hazards: carcinogens, heavy metals, formaldehyde and allergy–inducing dyestuffs. Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® ensures that no known harmful chemicals are found in your clothes.

Testing for Health Hazards
To ascertain a garment's safety, Oeko–Tex conducts tests at various stages of production. Typically our mills submit either dyed yarn or finished fabrics so that Oeko-Tex's labs can screen for:

  • carcinogenic colorants
  • formaldehyde, plasticizers, heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury), pentachlorophenol
  • pesticides, allergenic dyes, tin-organic compounds
  • skin-friendly pH value
Currently 20% of our product is certified to the Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX®.
