Nice color and beautifully warm
Size down with this sweater because it is huge! I picked the serpentine and was pleasantly surprised about this moss color. The feel is soft, thick and warm. The price is steep and good to buy on sale.

exquisite sweater (that runs very large)
Incredibly soft and luxe, and the pink is gorgeous. There are nice subtle details to the sizing: the just-slightly-longer length in the back (much nicer than those tiresome hems that dip way down in back), small slits in the side, and unusually set-in sleeves. It's one of those recent EF pieces that runs especially large. For years I was consistently a M in EF but the S is plenty big (and I'm not small--5'8", 160 lbs). I do feel sorry for the petite women complaining about not being able to get a fit! A big splurge, even with the popup sale, but I love it.

Great winter sweater!
Super light in weight - but very warm. Am usually a medium or large in sweaters depending on fit - but returned the medium for a small, as this sweater runs boxy. The length in a small is short, which works for me, as I’m 5’1”. Rated value as good because bought on sale.

Once you have put on this sweater, you will NOT want to take it off. Since the fit is indicated as "boxy" I sized down to a small and its blissfully perfect. The serpentine color was a very pleasing surprise; it appeared dark brown in the recyclable packaging but in sunlight it glows golden. Thank you (!) to all the good people at Eileen Fisher.

Where are the Petites?
I am so disappointed these gorgeous sweaters do not come in Petite sizes. Contrary to what I was advised by an online associate, the XXS is significantly larger than the PP. wanted to try as I fell in love with the colors (what a nice change from black and grey) but sadly, the XXS sweater looks like a tent on my petite frame. Please, Eileen, return to selling petite sizes. Im not sure why this has changed but I, for one, feel that I am involuntarily forced out of the EILEEN FISHER market .

Petite sizing
I agree with all the comments about petite sizes. Most petite xxs sweaters are so full on me that they look like skating skirts. Please go back to making clothes that look normal on petites. Thank you.

Try this on or size down
I’m so glad I tried this on in the store or I would have purchased the wrong size. I found that it runs quite large perhaps because it is so boxy, and a very wide boxy! I was attracted to wonderful fabric and the serpentine color, which looks great with my blond hair, blue eyes and medium rosy complexion, but my normal size M (or PL) looked awful on. A very helpful saleswoman convinced me to try the S and the fit was perfect! I highly recommend trying this on or if you need to order online, definitely size down.
