If you are not absolutely delighted with an EILEEN FISHER purchase, we make it easy for you to return it. Easy-to-follow instructions for returns will be included with your shipment.
We accept unworn merchandise with the receipt and original tags attached within 30 days of the invoice date. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the purchase.
Please note that the processing of online returns may take up to 5 business days after the return has been received. Depending on your credit card company, the credit should appear on your statement within 2 billing cycles.
Merchandise returned after 30 days will be issued an EILEEN FISHER gift card. You may also return your online purchases to any of our EILEEN FISHER retail stores. Click on the Store Locator link at the bottom of our site to find a location near you.
