- Purchasing a Gift Card
To make your purchase, simply:
- Go to our Gift Card link at the bottom of our website.
- Select the quantity and amount and click "Add to Shopping Bag."
- Proceed through Checkout.
All Gift Cards arrive in a gift box.
Gift Cards ship standard USPS. Shipping fees for Gift Card only purchases - $4.00.
EILEEN FISHER Gift Cards are available to the US customer only.
- Checking a Gift Card Balance
You can check your Gift Card balance at any time in My Account, in your Shopping Bag, or on the Payment page in Checkout.
- Redeeming a Gift Card
To use your EILEEN FISHER Gift Card as a form of payment on the Payment page in the checkout process:
- Enter your Gift Card number and the 4-digit verification number located on the back of your Gift Card (codes are case sensitive).
- Some Gift Cards require you to scratch off a laminated area in order to reveal the 4-digit verification number. The laminate is located on the back of the card next to your Gift Card number.
- Multiple Gift Cards may be used per order. (Please note that multiple credit cards may not be used.)
- Click the "Apply" button.
- The Gift Card dollar amount will be deducted from your order total. You will find the balance due highlighted in red under the Payment Summary.
- To pay the balance due, enter your credit card details or select a saved credit card from the drop-down menu and click the "Continue" button.
- You will be able to view the breakdown of your Payment Method on the Order Review page before you click the "Submit Order" button.
Rules and Regulations for Gift Cards
- If the amount of your Gift Card does NOT cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card, or an additional EILEEN FISHER Gift Card.
- If the amount of your Gift Card is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your Gift Card account for future use.
- Gift Cards should be treated like cash and are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
- We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Cards.
- No sales tax is charged when buying Gift Cards; however, purchases paid for with Gift Cards will include applicable sales tax.

- Send as a Gift Option
If you would like to send an item in your order as a gift, please include gift instructions in the Special Comments box located on the Billing and Shipping page of checkout. Please be sure to indicate the item you are purchasing as a gift as well as the address it is being shipped to when you are shipping to multiple addresses.
