Drape Front Boxy Shirt in Silk Crepe de Chine
Easy and modern elegance
I love this blouse. I own it in many colors and have worn it as part of my work wardrobe, casually with jeans and it has become a wardrobe staple. The material is lovely and being able to wash it saves money and time. It's easy to layer over a cami. The low draping dictates it needs an underpinning. It's simply one of my favorite EF pieces.

Not what I expected
From one of the reviews and the photos i assumed that this blouse could be worn with or without an underpinning. I cannot imagine any situation (at least in public) where it would be appropriate to wear this without a camisole underneath. It is extremely low cut and although the draping is beautiful, placing something underneath it takes away from the lines of it making it look even more boxy. Perhaps if it had been a longer tunic length then it would work well. It is rare that I am disappointed with anything designed by EF's team but this one is sadly not at all what I expected to receive. I also noticed that the bronze color in silk crepe is eerily close to the sienna color in silk. I was so hoping this would work for an upcoming trip that I ordered second day delivery just to make sure I received it. Again, this is a rare event. I don't think I have ever given anything less than five stars before. I love your style but this one was a miss for me!

Love the cosmetic colors.
I love, love, love, how this cosmetic shade works with skin tones. Light Copper is easy to wardrobe, especially in Silk Crepe de Chine. The scarf in Whisper Silk is another favorite of mine and will be in my bag or around my neck all month long. Both these come in Saffron as well.

A shirt worth having.
I am typically not your shirt girl--I never wear classic collar fitted shirts. But I like having a shirt in my life. This one in Silk Crepe de Chine is a really feminine piece that makes me feel like myself. It turns all my simple black basics into an outfit. I love Light Copper, a cosmetic color that?s sophisticated with black.

Light Copper is a Color I Love
Light Copper is a color I try to wear as much as I can. It?s a beautiful cosmetic color that works well with many skin tones. In Silk Crepe de Chine, it?s ready for an elegant evening, but you could just as easily wear it with jeans. If you?re just getting comfortable with this type of color, layer it with black or white. That?s what I do.

Casual yet dressy feel
I?m intrigued by the low drape neck and boxy shape of this new Silk Crepe de Chine top. Even though the hem is straight, the fluidity of the silk gives it the illusion of being longer on the sides, so it has an unusual casual yet dressy feel. I wear it over a skinny silk underpinning. Or over nothing at all. It depends on where I?ll be.
