Shopping Bag
The Shopping Bag holds products you wish to purchase while you shop. Items you place in your Shopping Bag will remain there for only for the session, unless they are purchased, removed, or inventory is no longer available.

Options in the Shopping Bag:
Update Quantity. To do this, simply type in the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Update Bag."

Remove an Item from Your Shopping Bag. To remove an item, check the "Remove" box and click "Update Bag."

Continue Shopping. If you wish to continue shopping on our site, the items saved in your bag will remain there during your session. Click on "Continue Shopping" to search the site for additional items. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your Shopping Bag by clicking on "Shopping Bag" in the top right corner.

Proceed to Checkout. When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click on "Continue to Checkout." Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure. For more information on our secure shopping guarantee, click here.

Promotional Code. You may enter a promotional code in the Promotional Code field. If your promo qualifies, it will be displayed in discount summaries below. For more information about promotional codes, click here.

Estimated Sales Tax: If you are logged in, we will calculate your sales tax based on your default shipping address. If you are not logged in, this amount will appear as $0.00, until you enter or select a shipping address later in Billing and Shipping where an accurate Sales Tax will be displayed. Gift Card. You may check your gift card balance here. You will be asked to re-enter your gift card number on the payment page to apply it towards your purchase. For more information about gift cards, click here.

To write a review:
1) Log in to your account.
2) If you have purchased as a guest using our Guest Checkout option and you do not have an
    account you will need to create an account in order to write a review.
3) Click on your purchased product, then click the Write a Review tab next to it.
4) Rate your product and write a review.
5) Your review may take up to 72 hours to post on the website.
6) Please come back to view your review.
Guest Checkout
We are pleased to offer Guest Checkout as a convenient way to shop without opening an EILEEN FISHER registered account.

If you would like to place an order using the Guest Checkout option please follow these steps:
Once you have placed your items for purchase in your shopping bag select the checkout button. From here you will be taken to the shopping bag review page. Select the continue to checkout button , you will be taken to the Sign In page. Under Guest Checkout complete the email field. Once you have entered your email address select the continue as guest button.

If you have an EILEEN FISHER account and would like to use the Guest Checkout option, please note that EILEEN FISHER customer reward points will not be accrued for any orders placed using the Guest Checkout.
Orders placed using the Guest Checkout option will not appear in your account history and cannot be tracked.
Promotional Codes
Steps for Redeeming a Promotional Code:

  • In your Shopping Bag page at Checkout, enter the code exactly as it appears in the field provided. Codes are case sensitive.

  • Click "Apply."

  • If the code is valid, your order total will be adjusted prior to shipment and will be displayed in the discount summaries below and on the Payment page.
Only one Promotional code per order will be accepted.
Checkout
If you are currently logged in to your account, you will be taken directly to the Billing and Shipping page after clicking "Continue to Checkout" on the Shopping Bag page. If you are not currently logged in but have an EILEEN FISHER account, you will be directed to the Sign-In page and prompted to enter your email address and password before proceeding to Billing and Shipping.

If you would like to create an EILEEN FISHER account, you will need to enter a valid email address and password. Your email address will serve as your account identification, as well as a convenient way to receive important information about your order. Your password will ensure that only you have access to your account information.

There are several advantages to creating an EILEEN FISHER account:
  • You will have the option to store information, such as your billing and shipping addresses for a faster checkout
  • You will be able to track orders and review order history.
  • You will be automatically enrolled in the EILEEN FISHER rewards program, which allows you to earn points toward your rewards account every time you make a purchase.
  • Please note that the EILEEN FISHER rewards program does not apply to orders placed using Guest Checkout.
If you do not have an EILEEN FISHER account, you will be prompted to create a new account as a New Customer in the Sign-In page. Or you may order as a Guest using our Guest Checkout option.

Billing and Shipping
Select or add a new billing address associated with the card on which your purchase will be placed. Your name and billing address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement to avoid any delay in the authorization process. If entering a new address, a check box at the bottom will be checked automatically to save this new address for future use. If you have previously selected a billing address as your default billing address, you will see the address field already filled out with that address.

Next, select or add a new shipping address where you would like your order sent.

If you would like to ship items in your order to more than one address, click the "Click Here to Ship to Multiple Addresses" button. On the Multiple Shipping Addresses page, you can specify a different shipping address for each item in your Shopping Bag, though only one shipping method may be applied to all items.

Select a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

If you would like to send an item in your order as gift, please include gift instructions in the Special Comments box located on the Billing and Shipping Page of checkout. Please be sure to indicate the item you are purchasing as a gift as well as the address it is being shipped to when you are shipping to multiple addresses.

Click "Continue" to checkout.

Redeeming a Gift Card
On the Payment Page in the checkout process, you may use your EILEEN FISHER Gift Card as a form of payment:
  • Enter your Gift Card number and verification number located on the back of your Gift Card (codes are case sensitive).
  • Multiple Gift Cards may be used per order (Please note, multiple credit cards may not be used).
  • Click "Apply".

Order Review

On the Order Review page, you can review your entire order, including your shipping address, shipping method(s), and billing information, all of which can be edited at this point. You will also see any applied discounts, promotions, and total charges.

You also have the option to include our current season's mailer, if available, in your order.

To complete your purchase, click "Submit Order."

Thank You Page
After you complete the checkout process, the Thank You page provides you with your order confirmation number. Print or record this number for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order.

Cancelling Your Order

Registered Customer:

If you have placed your order by signing into your EILEEN FISHER acount and you would like to cancel your order after you have pressed the "Submit Order" button, you have a 45 minute window in which you may do so. During this time, a "Cancel Order" link in the Order History section of My Account will be active. Your order confirmation email will contain a link back to this area, from which you may cancel.

Guest Customer:

If you shopped as a guest, please contact our Customer Service Team during our business hours, 9:00am-10:00pm, EST and Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm, EST (excluding holidays). Our associates will make every effort to assist you with cancellation within the 45 minutes after order submission.

Orders placed using the Guest Checkout option will not appear in your account history if you are an EILEEN FISHER registered customer nor will you be able to cancel your order via the order confirmation email or My Account.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on eileenfisher.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Please note, some shipping destinations may offer only one shipping method. Shipping costs are dependent on the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

In the 48 Contiguous United States:

We offer three shipping options: Standard, Second Business Day and Next Business Day.

We begin processing all confirmed orders received by 1PM EST on the same business day.
Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States Holidays.

Standard Shipping: In-stock items will arrive 4-6 business days after your order is processed. Orders received by 1PM Eastern Time will be processed the same day. Orders received after 1PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. (Saturday delivery is not available).

Second Business Day: In-stock items will arrive in 2 business days after your order is processed. Orders received by 1PM Eastern Time will be processed the same day. Orders received after 1PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. (Saturday delivery is not available).

Next Business Day: In-stock items will arrive by 3:00 PM on the business day after your order is processed. Orders received by 1PM Eastern Time will be processed the same day. Orders received after 1PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. (Saturday delivery is not available).

APO Addresses:
All shipments to APO (military base) addresses are shipped Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service. In stock items will arrive 5-7 business days for delivery once the order has been processed; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days. Orders received by 1PM EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 1PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam:
All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam are shipped Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service. In-stock items will arrive 4-8 business days after your order is processed. Orders received by 1PM EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 1PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

We do not offer expedited delivery to APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or to PO boxes.

Item Availability

In-Stock Items

Most orders for items currently in stock begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your in-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved and the receiving addresses are verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you..


Back-Ordered or Pre-Ordered Items

Back-ordered or preordered items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. Such an item will be processed for shipment once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your back-ordered item via email. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

Please note: Expected shipment times appearing on the product detail page specify when an item is expected to arrive in our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers are applied to orders once they are processed for pick-up by the shipping carrier. They are included in your shipment status email. However, it may take additional time before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package.

For APO, FPO, DPO addressed purchases, AL, HI, PR, GUAM, and rural territories, orders are delivered via USPS. USPS does not offer a tracking number to track a package. As a registered customer in these instances, Your Order History will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details. Orders placed using the Guest Checkout option will not appear in Your Order History. Details of your Guest Checkout order may be found in your order confirmation email as well as the invoice included in your order.
Finding Your Order Status
The status of your order is easy to find. You will receive emails (at your email address) keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order. To view your order status, please visit the My Account section of our site and enter your email address and password under the "returning customers" section. After you have logged in, you may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders made after the middle of November 2009.

If you have shopped as a guest using our Guest Checkout option we are not able to provide order status updates. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information and details regarding your order.

If you have an EILEEN FISHER account and would like to use the Guest Checkout option, please note that EILEEN FISHER Customer Reward points will not be accrued for any orders placed using this option. Orders placed using the Guest Checkout option will not appear in your account history.

How is Order Status Different from Tracking Information?

The status of your order is supplied by www.eileenfisher.com, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. The tracking information is accessible from Your Order History on our website once it is available.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
EILEEN FISHER is pleased to offer shipping to multiple addresses. With this feature, you can send items in your Shopping Cart to more than one shipping address in just one order. For example, if you would like to send a sweater to a friend and a scarf to a family member, simply click "Click Here to Ship to Multiple Addresses" button on the Billing and Shipping page and select or add both addresses next to the respective line items. You do not need to place separate orders. Only one shipping method may be applied to all items. The shipping fee is only charged on the first item.

Please note: This feature may not be available for some addresses outside the continental United States. If you are unable to send an item to a particular address, simply remove it from your cart and place it as a separate order.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Shipping your items on time is very important to us. For many items, we calculate estimated delivery dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. An estimated delivery date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, allocation time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the final shipping destination.

Purchasing a Gift Card
To make your purchase, simply:

Checking a Gift Card Balance

Rules and Regulations for Gift Cards
  • If the amount of your Gift Card does NOT cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card, or an additional EILEEN FISHER Gift Card.
  • If the amount of your Gift Card is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your Gift Card account for future use.
  • Gift Cards should be treated like cash and are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
  • We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Cards.
  • No sales tax is charged when buying Gift Cards; however, purchases paid for with Gift Cards will include applicable sales tax.

Send as a Gift Option
If you would like to send an item in your order as gift, please include gift instructions in the Special Comments box located on the Billing and Shipping Page of checkout. Emails About Your Order
After you place your order, you will receive emails about that order. Below are examples of the kinds of emails we might send:

Order Confirmation.This email confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Please keep this email for your records.

Back-Order Notice. This email informs you that an item from your order is not available for immediate shipment and will ship when it is available. Your credit card is only charged when the item is shipped. When the item is available to ship, we will send you an email with your order number. Please keep this email for your records.

Shipment Confirmation. This email confirms that your order, or part of your order, has shipped.It includes a tracking number, except when shipped by USPS. You may receive multiple emails, depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately.

Return Confirmation and Credit. We will email you once your return has been received and processed.

Post Interaction Email. Fifteen days after your order transaction you will receive this email, which invites you back to the website to leave feedback regarding the products you purchased. This information can be helpful to other customers and is welcomed by our design team. Click here for information about how to review our products.

Other. There are a few other reasons you would receive an email, including difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, issues with your credit card or cancellation of the order. Order Details
Check the details of your orders through the My Account page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your eileenfisher.com orders.

An Order History page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed.

At this time, only orders placed after the middle of November 2009, will be included in your Order History. We are working to include past orders you've made, as well as your purchases made in an EILEEN FISHER Retail Store.

If you shopped as a guest using our Guest Checkout option your order details will not be available for view in your account history. Details of your Guest Checkout order may be found in your order confirmation email as well as the invoice included in your order.
Sign-In Instructions
To sign in to your Account, click on the Sign-In link found at the top right of the site. Enter your email address and password on the left side, and you will be taken to My Account. The Sign-In link will then be displayed as "Sign Out," which you should click when you wish to end your session. If you are a new customer and would like to create an account, click here.

In an effort to provide the highest level of protection to our customers and provide a safe and secure online shopping experience, our website is tested daily for vulnerabilities or malicious content using McAfee SECURE. This service helps to protect against hackers, adware, spyware, browser exploits, spammers, phishing attacks and online scams.

In addition, our site uses a VeriSign Secured SSL Certificate to establish a private, encrypted communication channel to secure data transmission of your personal information when completing an order with eileenfisher.com. The SSL Certificate enables a 128-bit or 256-bit SSL encryption of sensitive information such as your credit card number. Eileenfisher.com uses the most powerful SSL encryption commercially available today enabling every site visitor to experience the strongest SSL encryption available to them.

Even though an SSL Certificate is capable of 128-bit or 256-bit encryption, certain older browsers and operating systems still cannot connect at this level. Without a Server-Gated Cryptography (SGC) certificate on the Web server, Web browsers and operating systems that do not support 128-bit strong encryption will receive only 40- or 56-bit encryption. Return Policy
If you're not absolutely delighted with an EILEEN FISHER purchase, we make it easy for you to return it.

We accept unworn merchandise with the receipt and original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the purchase. Please note, processing of online returns may take up to five business days. Depending on your credit card company, the credit should appear on your statement within two billing cycles.

Your return should include the completed returns form. If you do not have the packing slip, provide the following information with your return: name, address, email address, phone number and order number, if available. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. EILEEN FISHER cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.

Merchandise returned after 30 days will be issued an EILEEN FISHER Gift Card in the amount of the current selling price.

Earn Points

As a member of the EILEEN FISHER Rewards program, you receive one point for every dollar you spend (excluding sales tax). When you reach 2,000 points, a $100 gift card will be mailed to your home. Point accrual is ongoing, there is no cut-off date! After you've earned your $100 gift card, you immediately begin to accrue points towards your next one.

The Rewards program is valid at EILEEN FISHER retail stores or online at eileenfisher.com only. The Rewards program is not available in Outlet, Company Stores, EF Boutiques or the LAB Store.

Q: What is your APO Shipping Policy?
A: APO/FPO addresses and US rural territories orders are shipped via USPS and may take approximately 5 to12 business days.
Q: How long will it take to send a package to Hawaii or Alaska?
A: All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam are shipped Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service. We do not offer expedited delivery to these locations. In-stock items will arrive 4-8 business days after your order is processed. Orders received by 1PM EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 1PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Q: Do you offer price adjustments?

A: At the time you submit your order, an authorization is placed on your credit card. Your card will be charged the full amount when the items in your order are processed and actually shipped to you.
Q: Why are items sometimes out of stock?
A: Every effort is made to maintain the availability of items shown on our website. However, due to popularity and supply levels, some products may not always be available. In the case that an item that you ordered is no longer available, we are committed to communicating this to you as promptly as possible.
Q: Are there any differences in paying with a credit card versus a debit card?
A: The main difference is that most credit card companies charge a customer's account when items are processed, which, in our case, is the time the items are shipped. In contrast, most bank debit cards reserve funds at the time of the original transaction, making it appear as if payment has been collected. If an item is not available for shipment, the authorization to your debit card will be released. Depending on your bank, it can take 3 to 5 business days to return funds to your account.
